I completed and filed my taxes yesterday. I owe federal taxes. Where can I find how I chose to pay? I looked at my federal return and do not see anything about it being debited from my bank account. TurboTax has my banking information. Asked a TurboTax customer service person and they didn’t know the answer. I just want to make sure it is being debited and sent to the IRS. Thanks!

If you have federal tax due you can pay by mailing your payment with the 1040V voucher, (which has the address printed on it, having the payment taken out of a designated bank account, or you can pay directly on the IRS website.

To apply for a payment plan with the IRS

You must pay your state tax due using the state’s preferred method of receiving payment. For most states that will be by making a payment to the state’s own tax website, or by mailing a check or money order.

I understand that. What I’m asking is how to see what method I chose when filing my return.
How you chose to pay the taxes owed will be on the Filing Instructions for the tax return.
If using the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions, click on Forms. When in Forms mode the Filing Instructions page will be listed on the left side of the screen. Click on Filing Inst to open the page.
