I messed up. I logged into Intuit to access Turbotax. Filled out my tax information and paid the $78 Turbotax fee. Then I realized I had logged in used the Quickbooks login and the tax information I filled out didn't pull my information from the previous year. I did NOT file those taxes. When I redid it using the correct login for Turbotax the information was correct. But to file those taxes Turbotax charged me $188. I paid and filed the taxes. Is there any way to get a refund of the $78 dollars? I know it was my mistake, but I don't want to pay twice!
