Paid Nanny taxes through 941, now what?

I paid my employment taxes and my nanny's withholdings for 2021 via quarterly 941.  I now realize I shouldn't have done that.  When I filed my 2022 taxes, I wrote in the payments I'd made, and filed a Schedule H, but the IRS withheld a ton of my refund because they didn't show the payments I'd made. How do I fix this?  If I fill out a 941X, my issue doesn't fit in the criteria.  And I don't know how to even find out where the money I paid quarterly is!

Filing the 941 was  not wrong ... but you made the mistake of ALSO filing the Sch H so amend the personal return to remove the unneeded Sch H.
