Oregon amended tax return accepted but never received

How do I get help with this as calling them doesn't help and the online tool emits results back as information on returns not matching my numbers I input although they were working in the beginning of the year shortly after filing but now they don't any answers as to why Oregon is doing this

TurboTax gets no information from the state after you file your tax return. Contact the state to ask them.
