Option to pay taxes using credit card missing.

Why do I not see an option to file my federal taxes using a credit card?

I only see withdrawal from bank and mail a check options.

I am using the Desktop Turbotax Premier

If you have federal taxes owed there is an option to pay by credit card in the File section of the desktop program.

Make sure that your software is at the latest release.  Click on Online at the top of the desktop program screen.  Click on Check for Updates.

I do not see the credit card option. My software is upto date.

Are you using a Mac?  If so, there may be differences between TurboTax for Windows and TurboTax for a Mac.

You could use the payment options for a credit card on the IRS website although there are certain fees - https://www.irs.gov/payments/pay-your-taxes-by-debit-or-credit-card

Try contacting TurboTax support to see if they can help with this not having the CC option.

Nope, I have the same issue. Windows 10. Updated software. No option for CC payment. When you select the "Other payment options"  link it brings you to website Q&A.
