On 11/06/2020 I filed thru Turbo a 2019 amended State return with no response yet. Can Turbo confirm their receipt of this?

I have a automated confirmation from the state of Mass they received my request for info a month ago but no further communication. How can I get Turbo to confirm they sent it with out paying a fee?

Turbotax cannot confirm this, since MA does not tell them.

Amended returns must be MAILED, not filed through TT.

I did find out turbo never sent the Mass state return even thu I paid $138.00. they did indicate in their cover statement at the end that it had been filed. I just sent a copy to the state, they acknowledged it and is in processing.

Turbo has good SW  but impossible communications when a problem come up. think Ill look into a program for Vets.
