We instructed that our Federal and Misssouri Returns to be e-filed two days ago, but the program still shows not "e-filed" What went wrong? What must we do?

We did not do a final printout before pressing the e-file button, thinking not having to do it, as we did an identical preview one and printed that one out?

Not printing your return shouldn't cause this message. Lots of people don't print their returns. We hear from the ones who regret that.

First, check your email to see if you got a reject notice.

Log back into your program and proceed through the review and e-file process, watching carefully for any errors that pop up, then e-file again. It's always possible that a momentary power outage or some other glitch interrupted the transmission.
