No, you cannot amend from TT online. You have to have your original tax file.
You would have to re-enter your original tax file. Select file by mail (but don't actually print and mail). Then you can amend.
Before contacting TT support, you may want to try preparing an amended return by hand. Even if you fail, you'll be bettre prepared to talk to support.
