Yes, you may still claim your refund, but the IRS will only deposit a refund check into a U.S. bank account. However, they will mail a refund check to a foreign address. In the Personal Info section of TurboTax, you may set your mailing address to a foreign address, if you wish. (Click the screenshot below for reference.)

Yes, you may still claim your refund, but the IRS will only deposit a refund check into a U.S. bank account. However, they will mail a refund check to a foreign address. In the Personal Info section of TurboTax, you may set your mailing address to a foreign address, if you wish. (Click the screenshot below for reference.)

I can't pay for TurboTax's services without a US bank account though ? It doesn't allow me to choose any other option.

That's correct. For fee payment, we can only accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards with a U.S. billing address.
