No option for refund advance when i checkout

I think by going back and forth there referring to hitting revisit or hitting the back button to see if it would show up . Because there have been some people saying that’s how there option for the advance came about was after toggling back n forth. I’ve tried that, signing in/out. Going from phone to laptop, I’ve made new accounts….nothing and I’ve had it for years.

I have been trying all week to get the advance. I said screw it I was jus going to go through with it without the advance. I got to the 3rd page after u select your credit karma deposit and it says at the bottom REVISIT. I clicked it and there was the refund advance option hope this helps

Did you get all the way to step 3? Because mine had that option the very first time then I went to fix something and came back and it was gone and I’m afraid to keep going . I keep hanging on to it checking and it’s so frustrating.

I was scared to go past step/page 2 thinking I would solidifiy my return but there is actually like 2 or 3 more pages after the 3rd page I went to after selecting credit karma 21 day option. The 3rd page is where at the bottom it says revisit after clicking that it gave me multiple options a 5 day early option for 25 dollar extra, the advance option and 2 others.

Hope it works for u. Jus click the 21 day credit karma option on page 2 go to page 3 and go to bottom of page click revisit and see what options it gives you. I should have took screenshots but I was shocked when I finally seen it. I clicked it so fast so it wouldnt disappear. Lol

I got denied for the advance even though it said I can get up to $750 which I think is crap. It told me when I applied for it that I was approved and then it ended up denying me. So I don’t even know how accurate that advance part is anymore because it says you’re supposed to be able to get up to $4000 and it approved me for 750 which was fine, but then it rejected me.

if it isn’t working, you need to start from the very beginning and run state again and federal again for the check and then when you get to check out after you do it a couple times the option will come back up for you to get a refund advance. It’s like it has to reset the system or something, but you have to start over at the section where it checks your eligibility for federal and state again and to see if there’s any mistake

Just have to hit “Revisit” if it doesn’t show up

The ‘revisit’ option didn’t work for me, I went back and forth hundreds of times. I finally got a great supervisor that was so helpful on the phone. She said some people weren’t ‘selected’ for the advance, I think newer customers more so got it. She had the brilliant idea for me to create a brand new account with a different email. Unfortunately I did have to input all my info again, but it wasn’t too bad. Finally I was offered the advance. Filed earlier today finally! Hope this helps everyone.

To be honest, I got so annoyed I just made a new account and started over. I tried everything on the first account and couldn’t get it to come back. Finally I just said screw it and made a new one. I used a different number and email address and had no problems. Also cleared everything from the other account beforehand.

Did you use the free promo there offering for new clients since you made a new account? I’m wondering if the advance is still available to those that use the “free new customer promo in app”. Or if it’s another hurdle. I’ve tried everything Im going to try with a new email and number and if that doesn’t work I’m gonna check myself into a facility because that point I’ve gone crazy lmao. All I can do is laugh to keep from crying.

Did you use the free promo in there app since you made a new account? I’m trying to find out if I do start over and use the free option if I can still qualify for the advance. Just don’t wanna start over for the 4th time for no reason iykyk. Thx in advance

Yes. I spoke with customer service and she told me if you filed for the child tax credit the refund doesn’t apply. I’m use to getting it every year and it’s an IRS thing not a TurboTax thing.
