The ‘revisit’ option didn’t work for me, I went back and forth hundreds of times. I finally got a great supervisor that was so helpful on the phone. She said some people weren’t ‘selected’ for the advance, I think newer customers more so got it. She had the brilliant idea for me to create a brand new account with a different email. Unfortunately I did have to input all my info again, but it wasn’t too bad. Finally I was offered the advance. Filed earlier today finally! Hope this helps everyone.
