No one is answering me!

For the past month and a half I’ve ran around in circles calling the IRS in TurboTax to try to get my for tax return. I was supposed to get $3600 and only receive 1700. Every time I call the IRS they tell me I have no back taxes no child support none of the fees the only fee that I had was when I applied that TurboTax could take the filing fee out of my Return. It’s been almost 2 months and I’m still running around in circles waiting for someone to give me an answer and they keep pushing articles and forums and telling me to call the IRS when I called the IRS they sent me and circle saying that nothing is wrong on their side. I want to know how to receive the money that I didn’t get

First, you could not have received your 2021 Federal refund two months ago.  Are you asking about an earlier year?

Neither TT nor SBTPG is advised by the IRS when it changes your refund.   You can expect a letter in the mail from the IRS, but it may take several weeks.  They may have adjusted your Stimulus and/or Advanced Child Tax Credit.

No I filed on the 30th of January got approved the 31 and didn’t get my money till march 2nd. Then I began the The process of trying to get in contact with someone I’ve talk to TurboTax I’ve talk to the IRS the IRS says that I have no child support no back taxes and no outstanding fees so I should’ve received the full amount I did not receive the full amount I received barely 1/ third of it. I marked that I did receive my stimulus check so there’s no reason for them to take out this stimulus check for anything.
