On my return form when I down load it and look at it there is no signatures. Is that going to affect getting my return?

No, if you file electronically, your downloaded tax form will not show any signatures, because you used an electronic signature to "sign" your return.  (That's the 5-digit PIN you're asked to enter.)

If you planned to mail the returns, then you would have to sign with pen and ink before sending them.
