<P>hi, ive gotten my state tax back on the 11th and i haven received my federal taxes back yet? turbo tax said an estimated day of 2/17/2020 , which is today, and i haven't got it yet?</P>

Trying to submit a return. Turbotax message says the submission is a duplicate. Then says they could not find a federal return that matches. Both submitted at SAME TIME.
