No still waiting some1 told me to call back lost card and order a new via express mail for 15$ so choose option 2 instead get the express she said that helped her get hers sooner . hope this helps ! I just called mine in again lastnight so we'll see!!! Keep in touch plz
I have never received my card. I have an email telling me to activate the card. I tried customer care line to get a replacement card. I CANNOT DO THIS BECAUSE I DO NOT KNOW THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF THE CARD BECAUSE I NEVER RECEIVED IT!!!!! I have the account number and the routing number, however these do not work to get a new card. I NEED TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN!!!!! I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General today. I will never use this service again and I will share all of these complaints with people so they do not use this service either.
Went through my email and found a msg that had my new username under user ID created and it let me sign in no problem. I just had to file for a lost or stolen card. Also if you go to the irs stimulus check site and put in your info it will give you the last 4 digits of your card number that you haven’t received and you can use that to call and have a replacement sent.

That is actually the last 4 digits of the Account Number for Green Dot Bank. The line above it is Routing Number.
I did not receive card yet but money was loaded
Never received a turbo tax debit card

That number is no help, because it requires me to enter a card number which doesn't exist. TurboTax is holding my money hostage. You will never get a penny from me again, and I have half a mind to take legal action against you crooks.
Contact the IRS and tell them that your stimulus check was sent to the wrong bank account. The best way to do this is to call irsphonenumber844 irsphonenumber545 irsphonenumber5640 (ignore the text in the phone number. do not try and dial text. i just did that so that the website didn't block out the number). Say you would like to make an appointment with them by pressing 1. This WILL connect you to a real person. If you are in a state where IRS offices are NOT closed due to the COVID 19 pandemic, then you can set up an in-person appointment. Otherwise, they will connect you to another REAL PERSON who can help with the issue, however, you will to to wait on hold again.

Do you people not understand you never sent the card, the card was not made or received. You keep saying "we can help with the turbo card". Yet you are ignoring the fact that none of these people have the card. You need a new job move on please, we need real help.
I can't get a hold of anyway to get a card online keeps asking for card number evidently I don't have one if I'm trying to get one sent ughhh highly irritated
