Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund.
Here are a couple FAQs to track your refund:
When will I get my federal tax refund?
How do I track my state refund?
Why does Where's My Refund say "approved" but TurboTax still says "accepted"?
Why do some refunds take longer than others?
What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days?
You will need to contact the IRS for information. It might be easiest to set up an account with them.
IRS Individual Online Account
Tubotax receives no updates once a return is accepted and this forum has no access to your IRS files or return. . You'll have to contact the IRS.
Call 800-829-1040
It should then transfer you to an agent. Note when its phone line are busy you may be on hold for a long while or disconnected
You confused "accepted" with "approved." Those are not the same.
“Accepted” is not the same as “approved”. TurboTax tells you the e-file was accepted if the IRS deems that there is enough information on the return for them to take it in for processing. Only the IRS can approve of the refund, which is a later stage of processing. If the IRS approves your refund they will provide a date for the refund to be issued.
If the IRS required you to verify your identity, that delays your refund for a considerable length of time---typically up to nine weeks. TurboTax has no control or even any knowledge that the IRS requested for identity verification from you; you have to follow the IRS instructions for that in order to get your refund. Did you provide the IRS with the information they requested? Only the IRS is in control and only the IRS can tell you when your refund will be issued. You can continue to watch the IRS refund site for information.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2024 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
As for the "5 day early" refund---that is based on the date that the IRS says it will issue your refund---which it has not yet determined. If the refund is not issued at least one day earlier than the date that the IRS says your refund will be issued, you will not be charged for the "5 day early" fee.

No one can know anything specific about your processing, other then the IRS itself.
After successful identity verification, the IRS website says it can take "up to 9 weeks" to finish processing. But it doesn't necessarily take that long. That's kind of an outlier number
That early deposit option is "up to 5 days early". TurboTax says:
Up to 5 Days Early Guarantee: If your federal refund is not deposited into your selected bank account at least 1 day before the IRS refund settlement date (the date it would have arrived if sent from the IRS directly), then you will not pay the Up to 5 Days Early fee.
