If you have already filed, you cannot change this yourself.

You will need to contact the NetSpend Visa Debit Card Customer Service Department directly at 1-855-646-8848 and ask them to change the address.

If you have not filed, you can go back to your TurboTax Online program and change your address under the Personal Information section.

I don’t think turbo tax is using Netspend this year. Looks like they have their own turbo tax card. Would you still call the number listed above? I’m having this same issue and when I call the number for the prepaid turbo tax number there telling me they can’t change the address

Nobody is answering the phone has anyone called tubro tax card during this covid 19 problem? I cant even get my address changed so I can actually get my taxes!

Are you trying to change your address in order to receive your card? Your card is sent to the address provided on your tax return. You should be able to create an account and login to that account to update your information. You can use your direct deposit information on your tax return. @conoboylee Have you called and spoken with a Turbo Card customer support representative?  You will need to speak with them for instructions on changing your mailing address.  Go here for steps to reach a live representative when you call.
