Need to amend to say my parent will claim me as a dependent after I have already submitted incorrectly

I put in an education deduction for tuition initially, which I have removed from the amended return. Do I need to  change anything else to allow my parents to claim me as a dependent?

After removing the education expenses, the only other thing you need to do is go into the Personal Info tab and change the answer to the question Can someone else claim you as a dependent on their tax return.

Once you check "yes" to that, a new question will appear asking if that person will claim you on their 2016 tax return. You'll answer "yes" to that, as well.
