Need help with getting filing fee refund from TurboTax.

I filed for the American Opportunity Act and my recently deceased mother had already filed for it and I had no way to know. Looking for a compassion refund for tax services payment since my filing changed to the no cost level.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
