My turbotax credit card is not letting me get my money out why is that ? My app is showing 2000 still on my card but when I try to get 400 out on a ATM it says 0. Why?

I have a TurboTax account for my TurboTax credit card and it is saying that I have 2,000 still in my card but when I try to pull out 400 from the ATM it says I have 0 in my account but when I go check on my app it says I still have 2000 why can I not pull out money from my TurboTax credit card?

They say you can call or email for help but then they don't actually provide help it's impossible to reach a person what the hell have I been paying for anyhow? Between all the mistakes this year and then not even being able to access my own money on my card... I will never use TurboTax again

Other than the marketing perspective of having the Turbotax name on the card for brand recognition they have nothing to do with the day to day workings of the Green Dot Card ... for all card related issues you must contact them ...
