My Turbo Tax card was stolen my refund is supposed to be on what can I do ?

You should call TurboTax prepaid customer service at (888) 285-4169 and report the card stolen. They will let you know what steps you need to take from there.

No, they won't. Because if you never received it, or didn't write your card number down, then you will never get past the "Please type in the last 4 of the digits of the card" part.....I NEVER RECEIVED THE CARD, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT INFORMATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have called numerous times to try to get my money back. I closed the card account and they sent a new card but it only had wat the person left on my card I need all my money back please if you don't mind answering my call for help

this is false information. It is nearly impossible to get your money back when you lose your card. Once a replacement card is on its way to you their customer service workers will say you dont have to worry noone can use your new card. that is also not true. I was forced to move before my replacement card had arrived to me. When the card finally came someone activated and used my money. After a series of questions Intuit found i was not at fault. They said i would be credit my money back. But my new address doesnt match my id and this started many more problems. Now there is nowhere to send the new card. I received and email saying my account was credited back my money. I do not have an account because it was closed. I do not have online access because I never got the new card. there are no supervisors to speak with no members of management to help resolve the issue. I still do not have my money back and have never heard from the company directly or indirectly. It seems to me this company is scamming customers for their money and telling their customers lies to prolong them getting upset. I am extremely frustrated with this company and want my money back. this began in June. You can not simply call or email to get things resolved. Where is the management?

I am a victim of identity theft ref [removed] I have a police report also and proof of some one change my mailing address. My refund is on a prepaid card, went to the wrong address some one resetting the pin ordering alot cards. Please help me with this issue contact me at [phone number removed] leave a message.

@mared15 No one in the user forum can help with this.  You have not even told us what kind of card was stolen from you, and we have no access to that sort of information.   You have to report the theft to the credit card company yourself.  No one at TurboTax can do that for you.

Was it a credit karma card?  If so--contact them
