this is false information. It is nearly impossible to get your money back when you lose your card. Once a replacement card is on its way to you their customer service workers will say you dont have to worry noone can use your new card. that is also not true. I was forced to move before my replacement card had arrived to me. When the card finally came someone activated and used my money. After a series of questions Intuit found i was not at fault. They said i would be credit my money back. But my new address doesnt match my id and this started many more problems. Now there is nowhere to send the new card. I received and email saying my account was credited back my money. I do not have an account because it was closed. I do not have online access because I never got the new card. there are no supervisors to speak with no members of management to help resolve the issue. I still do not have my money back and have never heard from the company directly or indirectly. It seems to me this company is scamming customers for their money and telling their customers lies to prolong them getting upset. I am extremely frustrated with this company and want my money back. this began in June. You can not simply call or email to get things resolved. Where is the management?
