If you used direct debit from a bank account to pay the taxes owed -

Call IRS e-file Payment Services 24/7 at 888-353-4537 to inquire about or cancel your payment, but please wait 7 to 10 days after your return was accepted before calling.

If the payment has not been debited after 7-10 business days, you can call the IRS e-file Payment Services at 1-888-353-4537
