I filed with turbo tax on the 27th of January, it has been 3 months and the irs check your refund still says pending, I even went as far to get my 2024 tax transcript and it is showing non filing status for my 2024 taxes, my return was for 5636 dollars and I can guarantee that if my tax return is not received due to something turbo tax did wrong I will be filing a lawsuit by April 15th guaranteed, hnr block never has done anything like this I knew I should've used hr block.
Turbo tax will be sued by April 15th if my tax return is not accepted I'm going to the irs location in Baton rouge to speak with someone in person and get this straight. I'm more than pissed

If the IRS refund site shows that your return has been received, only the IRS is in control. Once the IRS accepts your return, TurboTax is done and receives no information from the IRS. When you go to the IRS site, does it say "received?"
Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities. There is no rule as to which one will come in first or how long it will be between their arrival in your account.
TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer. “21 days” is not a promise from TurboTax or the IRS.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2024 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
To track your state refund:
If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing
