I filed online and the cover page with filing instructions was not included. Where can I download/print/access the pages?

There is a known issue that some customers are not seeing the filling instructions on the Cover page. To locate the Filling instructions page follow the steps below:
As I, and others, have mentioned in other threads. This DOES NOT work for a number of people. This was an issue marked as fixed, but it is clearly not. I just attempted it again, and no filling instructions/summary page exists when printing.
I know this is a "canned" response that demonstrates the typical way this would be done (I've done it this way in years past), but it DOES NOT consistently work THIS year.
@jnes this didn't work for me when I first posted the question on 2/23 but it did when I re-tried today (3/2) via "amend my return" to access the print menu. Maybe retry and it will work for you as well?
I don't understand why they don't fix it.
I have the same issue but on the turbotax website there is no 'Print Center' There is an option to Download/print return but that is just a pdf of the IRS/State tax forms with no TurboTax cover page or anything else.
How do I print the TurboTax Electronic Filing Instructions cover page with the 2024 Federal Tax Return Summary and this info
| Adjusted Gross Income
| Taxable Income
| Total Tax
| Total Payments/Credits
| Effective Tax Rate
Thanks
@miles5670 Use Print Center -
To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.
This will take you back to the 2024 online tax return.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.
