You cannot change your method of receiving the tax refund after the tax return has been filed and accepted by the IRS.
The IRS website will have the information on when the tax refund will be sent - https://www.irs.gov/wheres-my-refund
TurboTax has no control over your refund. If you don’t receive your check in a week or two check where’s my refund online.
TurboTax does not get involved with this. The IRS does not share any information with TT after you file your tax return. You do not mention how long ago the IRS sent your check. Did you have the correct mailing address on your tax return? After the IRS site said the check was sent did you allow at least five business days for it to arrive?

It is saying that There is a delay in processing your tax return and your expected refund date may
have changed.
@dogu440570 Then you WAIT for the IRS to finish processing your tax return. You do not file it again. The IRS has your return and will process it. They have told you there is a delay. If they want any additional information from you, they will request it. Until then, sit tight and wait. Only the IRS has any control. TurboTax cannot speed them up for you.
Yes, I already understand this, but I applied for this refund a year ago, so I have been waiting for more than a year.
So this is for your 2022 refund?
Seems like you forgot to mention that detail. Call the IRS and perhaps a Tax Advocate.
