For Turbotax Online: You cannot print without "preview" removed until your return has been e-filed and accepted by the IRS, and your Turbotax fees have been paid. This is to prevent you from printing a clean copy of a return that might be different from what is eventually accepted. If you have not filed, you need to finish. If you have already filed, log in to your account and make sure your return was accepted by the IRS. Sometimes the "preview" occurs if the PDF was generated before your return was accepted. To nudge the program into creating an updated PDF, see the tip here, https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/2692082-why-does-my-return-say-preview-only
