You have to access the 2020 online tax return, not just the page when you sign on. Click on one of the boxes shown to access the return.
Yes, of course tried that. Someone else mentioned that I must complete and click ready to file before being able to see the how the form prints out. My purpose is to see the numbers on the form as we all like to do, check our work, proofread, as before dropping our return in the US post box.

So if you tried clicking on one of those boxes that will return you to the 2020 online tax return, did you see this on the left side of the screen -
I have gone online many times picking up where I left off. By clicking on one of the boxes I take that to mean - Pick up where I left off, etc. And yes I would click there. I notice on the screen in your reply at the left side you have the words Tax Tools. This has never appeared on the left side of my screen in either Firefox or Google Chrome which I also tried as this is what the Turbo Tax Live Help thought might be causing issues.
On the left side of my screen is simply:
TAX HOME
DOCUMENTS
period .. . everything under that except SIGN OUT is missing.

Well, for some reason you are not accessing the online tax return. You are only landing on the page after you sign onto your account.
The normal procedure is sign onto the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
That lands you on the screen which has all the boxes shown in my screenshot. This assumes that you have already accessed and worked on the 2020 tax return.
Clicking on one of those boxes then takes you to the online tax return where the left hand column is available as shown in my second screenshot.
