My refund was supposed to be direct deposited on April 5th, but my bank closed my account on April 1st. What do I do now?

I've called the IRS and they said to call the Bureau of Fiscal Services, but I can't get through. Any suggestions?

Since the account was closed the bank returns the refund to the IRS.  The IRS will then send a refund check in the mail to the address on the tax return.  This process can take several weeks before the check is mailed.
