My refund was credited to my account on my transcript but it’s not there . does turbo have it ?

How long has it been since the refund was sent?   The IRS says to allow up to 5 days.   What is shown here:

Did you have any TurboTax fees that you chose to pay out of your Federal refund?  If so, the funds go first to an intermediary bank.  If that's your situation, we can tell you how to check on it.

Is the money ultimately supposed to end up in your bank account, or did you choose to receive your Federal refund on a Credit Karma Money Spend debit card?

What tax year is the refund? 2023, 2022, 2021...

When was the refund sent according to the IRS tax refund website - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

Did you request to have any TurboTax account fees paid from the federal tax refund?

If you paid your TurboTax fees with your refund, then an agent can look and see what the IRS paid you.  If you paid by credit card you will need to contact the IRS.

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
