My refund is being withheld by TPG and I want a full refund.

I understand that turbotax the service is not holding onto any of my money but I know the company TPG is. I have checked that all my tax info is correct, Line 30 is filled out, I am independent with no dependents. and I don't owe anyone anything. I am short 1673 dollars from the estimated return of which I understand I paid turobotax for their ****ty unnavigable service and that the irs may make minor Changes to my refund but this is ridiculous. I was relying on this money to get me through the next couple of months and I am extremely upset by my research on all of this. I am telling everyone and their moms to never use this site. I want a refund because I made less than 20,000 this year and I was supposed to be able to file for free if I made under 34,000. I am contacting anyone I can in order to file a complaint about this. This is ridiculous.

EDIT: Also what the ***k does "refund so far" supposed to mean. I can't find anything elaborating on this. I found this under the tab "see how your numbers are adding up"

also also, where can I file a complaint about this? besides the bbb since I hear that they're useless.

Also the CEO of this company basically told everyone to chill out after hiding and making it incredibly difficult to access the free filing https. apparently its because its common practice. doesn't mean its moral or smart. it just makes everyone angry and if you really wanted to be successful and make any money turbotax wouldn't do anything to make it fold over as its probably going to now. I know now it was there but how is anyone supposed to access it when its hidden?
