My refund from "TPG PRODUCTS SBTPG LLC" is short $70. The IRS site states that the full amount was sent with no discrepancies. As a paid user, I file free so there is no reason for the disbursement to be short $70.

Have you factored in the TurboTax account fees and the TPG service charge of $39 plus any applicable sales tax?
Review your TurboTax account fees -
Sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on View Order Details

If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.

I am an annual paying customer using the Mac version TurboTax Home and Business. The online product does not show information filed using the software.

You requested to have any of the fees on the 2022 tax return you completed using the TurboTax desktop edition to be paid from the federal tax refund.  These fees would have been the state e-file fee of $25 and possibly if you selected Audit Defense which would be $45.  The refund processing fee to have the those fees paid from the federal tax refund is $40 plus any applicable sales taxes.

In the File section of the program there is a Your Refund Summary screen which shows your refund and the fees you agreed to.
