My pension paid state tax to MO, and I live in FL, do I have to send an amended return to MO to get that refunded to me?

I think they paid MO because my daughter handles my bills and the mailing address is sent to her in MO. But I have never lived in MO.

You will need to file a Missouri Non-resident return to get a refund of your withheld state tax.

You should also contact your pension administrator and ask them to stop withholding Missouri tax on your pension.
