Make sure your state return was accepted: https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities. You cannot expect them to arrive at the same time.

If your NY return was rejected/never filed, then you have to print, sign and mail it now. E-filing is closed for 2018 returns.

Cannot e-file amended return still despite instructions from TurboTax staff member yesterday. Site will still not accept my credit card. I have followed all suggestions.
