My IRS Federal Paper check refund was mailed on Feb. 9th never came today is March 1st

IRS Says they cannot do anything to start a trace or anything of that sort until March 9th. I assume at this point its not coming and has been lost in the mail or stolen. There is no way on earth a paper check refund would be held up in the mail for 4 weeks. Odd thing is I have never had a piece of mail not reach me in my entire life. Out of the clear blue sky, Federal Tax refund is lost and never reaches me. Feels like 100% stolen for sure.

Unfortunately, you will have to wait until the allotted time has passed before the IRS will do a trace on the refund check. After March 9th follow up with the IRS concerning this issue.
