My intuit turbo card has not come.

I am trying to report it, but it keeps asking me for the last four on the card. What can I do to let them know its been 17 days and my card has not come yet?  I can't give them the last four if I have never seen it.

My intuit turbo card has not come.

Please click here for the customer care contact number. Call the number then follow these steps (I have called the system to create these steps for you) :

 

  1. Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it) 
  2. Press 2 to continue using the automated system.
  3. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these)
  4. The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1
  5. Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card".
  6. Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birthdate. 

After this point, the system says they do not recognize my entry because I did not order a card, so I am only assuming that if you ordered a card they should either give you an option to get a new one sent or allow you to speak to an agent.

This is an open internet forum. Please do not post your personal information. Your address has been removed for your protection.

 


Think your card’s taking an unusually long time to arrive? Visit TurboDebitCard.com or call us toll-free at (888) 285-4169  to check the address we have for you, update your address, or have a new card sent to you if it's been longer than 10 business days. Do not choose option 2. The recording will repeat a few times, but then you will get more options.

i     called that  number and they don't  have the   right address 

on m y taxes my address is right so what are they talking about

Unfortunately, we are not able to answer any questions about the Turbo Card on this forum. You will need to speak to an agent when you call that number so that can investigate this for you.

My intuit turbo card has not come.

I put the wrong address on my taxes and never got my card I've tried calling Intuit but because the card was never activated they can't find my card info how do it get a new card

TurboTax does not have access to your account for the Turbo Prepaid Visa Card issued by Green Dot.
