I am trying to report it, but it keeps asking me for the last four on the card. What can I do to let them know its been 17 days and my card has not come yet? I can't give them the last four if I have never seen it.

After this point, the system says they do not recognize my entry because I did not order a card, so I am only assuming that if you ordered a card they should either give you an option to get a new one sent or allow you to speak to an agent.

Do not choose option 2. The recording will repeat a few times, but then you will get more options.
i called that number and they don't have the right address

Unfortunately, we are not able to answer any questions about the Turbo Card on this forum. You will need to speak to an agent when you call that number so that can investigate this for you.
I put the wrong address on my taxes and never got my card I've tried calling Intuit but because the card was never activated they can't find my card info how do it get a new card
