My husband passed away 2/12/19, before I files, so I marked him as deceased. I see the tax form submitted shows him as deceased. Is this correct on 2018 taxes?

Yes, that is correct.  Your return should have "DECEASED [your husband's name] 2/12/19" printed at the top of page 1 of your Form 1040.
