My federal refund deposit was significantly less than it is supposed to be. Need my refund check corrected and deposited.

If the IRS reduced your refund they will mail you a letter.  How much is missing?

The 2 most common reasons this year is you entered the wrong amount on line 30 for the Recovery Rebate Credit (3rd Stimulus payment) or line 28 for the Child Tax Credit.  Those lines are just if you didn't already get the full amount or qualify for more.  The IRS knows what they already sent you.  

A lot of people answered the questions wrong and tried to claim the credits again.  Double check your bank statements to see what the IRS sent you during the year for the 3rd Stimulus payment and Advance Child Tax Credit .

Were the fees supposed to come out of your refund?  Then you need to ask the bank that takes the fees out.  Contact SBTPG, this has a phone number

$147 is the only amount that Turbo Tax was supposed to take out from my refund for services. I am missing $1,547 from my federal refund. I have tried contacting SBTPG several times and no one will reply to an email or answer the phone. I have also tried contacting TurboTax on the phone and I get as far as I can on the automated system and then get hung up on.

$1,400 is the amount of the 3rd Stimulus payment.  Did you already get the Stimulus payment they sent out last year starting March 2021? The IRS has records that show you were sent the 3rd stimulus payment so they removed the $1,400 Recovery Rebate Credit.

 Do you have 1,400 on 1040 line 30?  You might have tried to claim it again.   Line 30 is only if you didn't get the full amount or qualify for more. 

Did you get IRS letter 6475 saying what they sent you?  If you didn't get the IRS letter 6475 saying what they sent you then check your bank statements and check your IRS account to see when and what they sent you.
