Keep the updated one for your records. If the social security number was the ONLY thing that was wrong and the IRS already accepted your return, then there is nothing for you to do. Amending your return would not make a change on the return. The IRS now has the correct information to match your SSN with the W-2 they have on file. You already reported the correct numbers, so it would not have any affect on your return.
