You may have to forgo the route of having TurboTax help you calculate the cost basis for your stock sale which requires you to enter the 3922 form information. You can simply enter the correct cost basis if you know what it is.
The cost basis per share will be what you paid for the stock plus the discount you received when you acquired it divided by the number of shares acquired. Multiply that by the number of shares sold and that will be your adjusted cost basis to enter into TurboTax.
The discount on acquisition of the shares will be reported on your W-2 form, in box 14 typically. Add that to what you paid for the stock and you will have the cost of the shares. Divide that by the number of shares acquired to arrive at the cost per share.
