My electronic signature did not get saved as it isn’t show on the forms. How do I fix this?

When you e-file, there is no physical signature on the "sign here" line. Your signature is electronic. If you are ever asked to provide a signed copy of your tax return for a lender, etc., then you take out a pen and sign it.
