My e-file status for Federal and State says "Pending" after 4 days.

My e-file status for Federal and State says "Pending" after 4 days.  In prior years the returns were accepted by Federal and State within a few hours.  Does Turbotax have support available?  I called the TurboTax support phone number and could only get the "computer" telling me to check back in a day or 2.  Not very helpful.

Turbortax receives no information about why a return is pending. Contact the iRS.

But the IRS shows nothing was filed.  Perhaps TurboTax didn't send it yet?  Is it sitting on some TurboTax server somewhere in digital limbo.  Not possible?

Interesting -- 3 hours after I posted this problem (IRS e-file in Pending status for over 4 days), the return has "magically" been accepted.  Who knows if it is a coincidence, or some system problem within TurboTax or perhaps the IRS.
