Do you have a TurboTax Online account?

We'll help you get started or pick up where you left off.

My direct deposit information was changed for my stimulus check and then changed and saved for my 2020 tax refund. After I filed it showed my old inactive bank account.

I called customer service and they said my computer must of cached my old account but that’s impossible seeing as it was changed twice to the new account and the old account was deleted. So I have yet to receive any info on my refund status or where it is going. I don’t understand why after I filed my taxes you can’t go into turbo tax and just verify your direct deposit?

You cannot change the bank account after you have filed but you are able to go back in to your Turbo Tax account and confirm exactly what bank account it is set up to be deposited into. Those steps can be found here.
