My card was deactivated because of no use but doesn’t expire until 2023 now I can’t get new card and right when the government checks are coming anyone else ?

And on top of that can’t get in contact with no one ?

Absolutely not right can’t login it doesn’t recognize my card no one answering phone hangs up on me !!!!!
