Customer service has no record of my account and my taxes have been sent all I get is a recording that my birthday is invalid and I need my money going through this for days please help thank you
If you filed with TurboTax you should have received emails all along the process. If you have filed your return, did you receive an email saying that your return has been accepted by the IRS? If so then your return has been successfully completed and filed. Now what is the birthday question relating to, filing or receiving a TurboTax card?
Yes I received email that it was accepted by IRS and it's sent it and they at turbo card customer service have no record of me
Once the IRS has processed the return, the TurboTax Visa Card information will be processed and you will be able to access it.
