If you are wanting to enter a 1099 INT form from your bank, you can choose to enter the form manually by scrolling down the screen where it says to enter your bank name, and selecting the button "I'll type it in myself."  This will bring you to another screen where you can manually enter your 1099 INT information.  See the sample screenshot attached.
