My bank acct. was hacked after my state went into my account. Didn't received my fed yet but my bank account is now closed. What do I need to do to recieve my federal?

Is there a phone number to speak with an actual person with the IRS about this?

Sorry you can't change it. If the bank rejects your deposit the IRS will mail a check to the address on your return.

your state may also seize some or all of your federal refund if you still owe them.
