My amended return adjusted the 10th completed Aug. 31st 2018, IRS gave a # an ext to call does that mean I’m not gettin my refund? I never got my adjusted notice?

I’m not sure what’s going on my adjusted refund has been completed but it’s not telling me what the adjustment is or if it’s in the mail .. does that mean I’m not getting my check?
