My 1099 doesn’t have a bank name or routing number. How do I post my income from USCG widows annuity?

You can select to type in the 1099 form manually, as when the bank and routing information is asked for when the information is looking to download it. 

If this is a 1099-R, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV form, go back to the screen where you are first asked for the bank name or URL (see steps below if you are not in that section of TurboTax), then scroll down the screen until you see a "I'll type it in myself" button.  Select that and you will be brought to a screen where you can type in your 1099 information.  See the sample screenshot below.

To be brought back to the 1099-R entry section of TurboTax, type in '1099 R' in the search field at the top of the screen.  Then select "Jump To 1099 R" and you will be brought back to that section of TurboTax.
