Previous Tax returns are not showing up. I have filed with TurboTax my entire adult life and I cannot seem to find them. I am applying for a home loan

Most users who experience this issue have more than one TurboTax account and don't realize it. In order to access a return, you must use the EXACT account (same username and password) that you used when preparing the return. See if the TurboTax FAQ below helps you locate your returns.
